Dear All:

If you/your family plan to camp on May 7th night, please reply this email (if you have not) because campsite needs to be reserved in advance.
Deadline for signing up for camping ( via reply my email) is Noon, Monday, 11 April 2005.
I do not guarantee that I can reserve enough campsites for all those who want to camp, so the reserved campsites will be available based on the order of replying my email.
One Campsite is for upto 8 persons / 3 tents. $20 Per Site/$5.00 Cancellation Fee.

12:00 - 01:30 PM: Lunch - Crawfish, BBQ fish (depends on our fishing performance), corns, potatos, ...
01:30 - 04:00 PM: Sports, Canoe, Fishing, Swimming, Horse Riding, Hiking, ...

04:00 - 06:00 PM: Free Activities
06:00 - 07:00 PM: Dinner
07:00 - 10:00 PM: Games and Other Activities
10:00 PM: Sleep
