We had a board meeting on Feb. 4 at Longtu and decided to have the annual meeting/picnic/camping over the Easter weekend (April 5-8). The place will be Lake Somerville, the place for seeing Texas state flowers.

We reserved 8 sites for the nights of April 6 and 7 at Yequa Creek Park. Site # 57-64. Some people will camp for two nights, and others on Saturday April 7 only. Those who do not camp will arrive at April 8. The annual meeting will be right after lunch (or while eating lunch).

Unlike previous meetings, this time we will not be spending valuble time cooking with so many beautiful flowers around -- instead, we will have sandwichs as our main food. The meeting will be brief (~30 minutes, hopefully).
