Hi Yidao,
You can edit this post to make it a general introduction post and then announce it in the news and forum areas. I spent some time to look through some of the features with the blogger tool. It is not the best, but should be good enough for us. Here are some basic features about it.
* Anyone can register.
* Anyone can be blocked (same id or email or a way to identify someone).
* Only registered members can leave a comment or write a post or a page. An email address is needed during registration. The first password is assigned by the system and is sent to the email address. The user can then login and change the password.
* A new member can leave a comment.
* A new user can post a draft but can't publish it. When a new user is promoted, he or she can then post directly.
* Every user has an assigned level and can be promoted to a specific level (at least manully).
* Category is very important for a post.
We don't have make it perfect before we put it in use. Let's use it and improve it when there is feedback.
