Dear HUSTAA members,

We have held a board meeting at our board member Zhang, Yiming's House on April 9. On the meeting, we elected Cheng, Jin (English name: Audry Yu) to be our new secretary-general (The previous secretary-general, Yidao Cai, is now our president-elect). Besides, we also elected two more vice presidents: Chen, Jizhong and Liu, Hong.

We had an exciting picnic and camping last year and many board members suggested having camping again along with our annual picnic. Here is our decision:

Camping: May 6, Saturday (Starting at 4:00pm)
Picnic: May 7, Sunday, 10:30am – 3:30pm
Location: Lake Livingston State Park (The directions will be posted later)
Fees: $5 adults, $3 children, free for children 7 or under

You and your family are cordially invited to join the spring camping/Picnic. Please response this announcement by telling us:

1. How many adults and children will come for the picnic?
2. Whether your family will be on camping.

For those who plan to camping, we will start to set tents at 4:00pm Saturday (you may come late if you have other schedule conflicts), and then prepare our dumpling dinner together (Suggestions on night activities are more than welcome). In order to reserve the right number of camping sites, please response the email by Wednesday, April 26.

For those who choose coming to picnic only, please response to us by Wednesday, May 3rd so we will be able to prepare food for you.
