hust.org 首页改为英文，新增中文首页

When our web site was first developed in 1995, we used English exclusively. Now it is impossible not to use Chinese on a web site serving mainly Chinese people. However, we still need to make it friendly to non-Chinese speakers or alumni who are unable to display Chinese on their computer. From December 2005, we made our default index page English and add a seperate Chinese index page.
People who are able to read Chinese on their computers should may use Chinese version for better experience.
